RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE, RETURN OR CANCELLATION?
To make any exchange, return or cancellation, go to your orders and click on “Return”. Personalized products cannot be returned.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I BE REIMBURSED FOR A RETURN?
In the event that the refund conditions are met, the refund will be made within approximately 5-7 days after we have received the product, and will be made using the same payment method you chose in the order, whenever possible.
RETURNS: TRANSPORTATION COSTS
Expenses will be deducted from the amount reimbursed.
If the return comes from SPAIN, PORTUGAL or BALEARIC ISLANDS: Free of charge!
If the return comes from CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA or MELILLA: consult.
If the return is from within the EU: Free of charge!
If the return comes from OTHER COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION: the customer must arrange the return himself.
CONDITIONS OF REIMBURSEMENT
Expenses incurred for transportation, which will not be reimbursed, are subject to the following conditions:
For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union, any customs charges incurred will not be reimbursed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT WITH DEFECTS?
The maximum period to request the exchange of the defective item is 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
Once we receive the defective product, we will send you a new one. The exchange will always be made for the same article or reference.
Please note that only the first shipment will be invoiced; Gladiatur will be responsible for the shipping costs for the recovery of the defective item and the shipment of the correct item.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVE DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE ORDER PLACED?
Gladiatur will bear all costs, both for the collection of the wrong product and the delivery of the correct product.
IMPORTANT! Gladiatur will not reship any merchandise until we have verified receipt of the returned or exchanged item in our warehouse.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR AN ANNULMENT?
A cancellation is an order that has not yet left our warehouse and therefore has not yet reached the customer.
An exchange can be cancelled up to one day before the first day of the estimated delivery date. For example, if the estimated delivery date is between September 28 and September 30, the order can be cancelled until September 26 at 23:59, as long as the system allows it.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, within 30 calendar days following delivery of the products, except in the case of an exclusion provided for in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Gladiatur by filling in the form available here for download and sending it to the e-mail address [email protected].
