Record yourself making your best lift:
1. Snatch
2. Clean & Jerk
to obtain your maximum Olympic total. 2 winners(1 male, 1 female) will be decided based on Sinclair totals.

Post each lift as a story (video) on Instagram, adding:
a. Your body weight
b. Weight lifted
c. Tag us -> Virtual Coliseum @gladiatur.weightlifting

Only 1 attempt is allowed for each lift. 1 attempt = 1 video

The bar and plates must be visible within the frame.

Avoid adding effects and music
